Steve Moran - 1st NSMM Plant Mgr

Steve Moran was the first Plant Manager of Micro Machining and was responsible to pioneer the precision tool and die industry in Malaysia. Many of our industry captains and tooling specialist in Penang were apprentices in Micro Machining under Steve beginning from 1973. He was much loved and a great teacher and trainer. He will always be remembered driving his SAAB saloon along Bayan Lepas at break neck speeds and even on top of road curbs to get to work at one of the old buildings opposite the Fairchild building. May his soul rest in peace. Passed away on May 2016
